How the pricing works
Three routes, and we quote you the cheapest of whichever apply.
- Per item. Best for one to about six things. Every line below is flat and includes carrying it out from wherever it is.
- By volume. Best for garages, basements and whole-house clear-outs. Priced by how much of the truck your load fills.
- The minimum. $75 per visit. A job that prices below that pays the minimum instead.
No stair charge. No walk-up fee. No same-day surcharge. Disposal is inside every number. You get the quote in writing before anyone drives out, and the crew works from this same list.

Volume pricing takes over the moment a room becomes a load. A Stetson Hills garage with a dining table, four chairs, a dresser and a large rug is $163 + $45 + $45 + $45 + $45 + $126 + $68 = $537 itemized, against $431 for a half truck. We run both sums and quote the lower one — it is the same published list either way.
The jobs where this matters most in Colorado Springs are summer PCS clear-outs, where four rooms empty at once inside one warm week, and post-hail yard clears, where a whole patio and a shed's worth of damaged goods go together.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price on this list the final price?
Yes. You get it in writing before we drive out, and the crew quotes from this same list. Carry-out from any floor and disposal are included, and there is no stair charge, walk-up fee or same-day surcharge.
What is the minimum charge?
$75 per visit. Items that price below that on their own — a countertop microwave at $30, a patio chair at $30 — reach the minimum instead. Most furniture and appliances price above it individually.
How do I know whether to price by item or by truck load?
Send the full list or a photo and we price it both ways. Item pricing usually wins up to about six things; volume wins for garages, basements and whole rooms. A quarter truck is $241, a half is $431, a full truck is $732.
Do prices change for Monument, Falcon or Fountain?
No. The same published prices apply across the service area, including long runs out to Black Forest, Palmer Lake and the east-side subdivisions, and including unpaved drives.
Do you charge extra for stairs or a walkout basement?
No. A piece coming up from a walkout basement on a sloping Rockrimmon lot costs the same as the same piece sitting in the driveway.
Can you take apart something that will not fit through the door?
Yes, and disassembly is included. An oversize sofa that has to be cut apart is its own line at $185; a bunk bed built in the room it stands in is $123, or $148 for solid wood or loft.
