Downtown lofts, the larger apartment communities, and on-post housing offices at Fort Carson, Peterson and Schriever generally want a certificate of insurance on file before a crew works the property. We issue it ourselves, usually the same day, naming the management company or housing office as additional insured — there's no fee and no delay to your pickup. Our coverage: General Liability $1M per occurrence · $2M aggregate; Umbrella/Excess $2M · $5M; Workers’ Compensation $1M each accident. Coverage is primary and non-contributory, with a waiver of subrogation.
Yes. Springs homes have basements — many walk-out or garden-level — and big attached garages, so they're the jobs we do most. We carry it up and out, no floor fee, priced as a flat truck-fill.
