What the TMO won't ship and the next family won't want — the worn sectional, the broken dresser, the grill, the mattress, the garage full of "we'll deal with it later" — has to be gone before the walk-through. In Colorado Springs there's no city bulk pickup to lean on, so that's where we come in: text a photo, get a flat price, and we haul it out on the day you need it empty.
We work the whole military footprint — Fort Carson off-post rentals in Fountain, Security-Widefield, and the Powers corridor; Peterson and Schriever housing on the east side; Academy family housing to the north — and we know the summer surge. May through August is peak PCS season, slots go fast, and we book ahead so your window is locked. Same-day is still on the table when a crew is open.

How far ahead should I book for a summer PCS?
As early as you can. May through August is peak PCS season across Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever, and the Academy, and slots fill. Book ahead and we'll lock your window; we still take same-day when a crew is open.
Do you clear on-post housing too?
Yes — on-post homes at Fort Carson and Academy family housing have their own clearing standards, and we haul the furniture, appliances, and junk you're not shipping so you meet them. Flat price from a photo.
What does it cost?
Flat, from a photo — a single item is $75, a sofa $126, a queen mattress $103. A whole rental clears as a truck-fill, $241 (quarter) to $732 (full). No sales tax on the service, no hourly meter, no surprise the day of.
Do you take furniture the movers won't?
Yes — the broken dresser, the worn couch, the grill, the mattress the TMO won't ship. We haul what you're not taking to the next duty station so you're not paying to move it or leaving it for the landlord.
